Another reflection of teaching effectiveness is the type of training provided to recent business school hires. Employers were asked whether they had found it necessary to provide training to their most recent new-hires. In response, 41 of the 46 employers who responded to this survey (89%) said that they had found it necessary to provide in-house training. Those areas cited for training are shown in
Table 6. Most training needs were product- or company-specific.
